1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. School administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Prices, billing periods, and plan limits are shown during checkout and on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply.

3. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled per our Refund Policy. Contact support@edusewa.com for assistance.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• No unauthorized access, probing, or disruption of the service.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Respect student data and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

EduSewa owns all rights to the platform and related materials. Schools own their content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate the service.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy

Your use of EduSewa is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

EduSewa is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EduSewa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EduSewa harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using EduSewa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nepal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts in Nepal shall have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
